The 2.6 Challenge

26/04/2020 to 30/04/2020

Set up your fundraising page for Alzheimer’s Research UK

Raise £26 in any way that you can.

Please create a new page for this event, even if you already have an existing fundraising page from a past event.

In what would have been one of the biggest fundraising weeks in the calendar, we are delighted that our supporters can take on The 2.6 Challenge instead, to help support the UK’s charities.

Now more than ever, we need your support. By raising vital funds for groundbreaking research, you can help protect future generations from the heartache of dementia.

About The 2.6 Challenge

The 2.6 Challenge is a nationwide campaign that will launch on Sunday 26 April – what should have been the date of the 40th Virgin Money London Marathon.

However you don’t need to be a marathon runner to help make a difference. This is a challenge for everyone – all you have to do is choose an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 and fundraise or donate

There are no rules – the only requirement is that the activity must follow the Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.

By taking part for Alzheimer’s Research UK, you’ll not only have had fun trying your hand at a new challenge but you’ll also be helping support pioneering dementia research.

The challenge runs from Sunday 26 – Thursday 30 April so get your thinking caps on and pick your challenge!
